At living4style.de, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Conditions

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The cancellation period starts from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the goods.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing (e.g., by email or letter) within the cancellation period.

Return Process

1. Inform Us – Send us a written cancellation notice within 14 days.

2. Return the Item – You must send the item back within 14 days of informing us.

3. Condition of the Item – The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.

4. Return Shipping –

   • For returns from Germany, we provide a free return label.

   • For returns from other EU countries, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

• If the returned item has signs of use or damage, a partial refund may apply.
